Asset information comes through Before You Dig Australia, and road authorities and local councils issue their own permits. Environmental and heritage approvals can apply to crossings. Those stay with the owner and contractor; we help plan the bore around them.

Time zones & remote consults

Eastern Australia is about 16–18 hours ahead of Helena depending on the season. Our afternoon is your next morning, so live calls are easy to schedule and photos or video can be reviewed overnight. Video from the rig, the pit or the returns works well for troubleshooting; plans, profiles and bid documents can be reviewed between calls, with written recommendations after each session.

On your job site

We're glad to travel. A consultant can come to your site for planning, troubleshooting or training, working alongside the local engineer and contractor of record — scope and travel costs agreed up front. Consulting is field-experience based and doesn't replace a licensed engineer's stamped design.

How do calls work with the time difference?

We schedule calls in our afternoon, which is your morning. Between calls you can send photos, video and drawings, and we'll review them before your next workday.

Can you come to Australia?
